Abstract

This communication is part of a desire to deepen the question of platform organizations by developing more particularly the question of the platformization of an existing organization by studying it through the construction and legitimization of a community of mutual assistance of developers in a large French company. The mobilized axis makes it possible to use the work related to communities of practice and virtual communities in order to move towards virtual communities of practice that are then autonomous virtual organizations and that contribute to the implementation of the platform.
